Candlekin's were released in the HexTCG Frost Heart expansion.  They start as lowly 1/1's but gain strength throughout the course of a game. Unfortunately you are unable to play Hex now.  I built a model that you can download here to 3D print.  I built it originally in Blender 3D and you'll find that I've rigged it and even textured it.  Enjoy!
